@Delta needs new gate agents at IAD. The one this morning for flight 3080 to ATL was rude, failed to board military and families w kids early, then denied she had done it, and claimed families w kids only board in Zone 4 anyway (NOT Delta policy). Not good Delta.

@ATLairport people could have been seriously injured - this is unacceptable. One family had to get their child out of a stroller because the stroller was caught in the door.

@ATLairport you need to make sure the plane trains are making sure passengers aren’t trapped/dragged by closing doors. You have cameras to see passengers exiting - use them. On packed trains arriving at baggage claim at domestic terminal just now people had to force doors open

@WaltDisneyWorld - computer systems down all day. And no they don’t have an eta for a fix or any way that they will let you know when it’s fixed. @DisneyCEO1 how is this okay? It happens all too often.

Hey @WaltDisneyCo if you wonder why people don’t want to buy what you’re selling, here’s a clue. Overpriced parks with poor service and rides that constantly break down, movies that don’t inspire and instead are marketing to anyone other than kids (Snow White remake anyone?)

Hey #Delta I'm still waiting on that refund for the flight you cancelled, or even a response to my email to you about the refund, and it's been 6 weeks. Being Delta Platinum doesn't count for a lot I guess
