1/2: Checked into an @Airbnb yesterday for a 23 night stay and was hit by a horrible smell of smoke/must/mold. Called AirBnb and they said they won’t help us because the host says the home doesn’t smell. Of course the host says that!

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb We are paying $175/night to stay here. If you booked a hotel at that price (or any price!) and told them the room smells like smoke/must/mold and you couldn’t stay there, they would give you a refund or at the very least, find you a room that doesn’t smell.
