I'm keeping this account because it's the primary social media for some close family members, but I am gradually unfollowing almost everyone. You can find me under the same handle where blue butterflies roam.

On this day in 1863, The Battle of Gettysburg began. There are five known manuscript copies of the Gettysburg Address, which President Abraham Lincoln delivered 4.5 months after the battle took place. The Library of Congress has two of those, including this one. 🧵

How are you celebrating #NationalParkWeek? @YellowstoneNPS was the first national park–and @USNatArchives is home to photos from the Hayden Survey that explored the region, as well as the act that created the park. Learn more: https://t.co/RbNxBDu1c7 @NatlParkService
I'm interested in this new museum's collections, but also amused that it's housed in a former Sears where I used to shop. I bought Craftsman tools there, and I bought my first serger sewing machine there in 1984. I have no thoughts on hauntings.
We want to bring in some Ghost Hunters to investigate our Museum. It's an 80-year-old former Sears in Santa Monica across from 3rd Street and the pier, and we have absolutely heard and seen some stuff!
Recommend any ghost hunters?
