@stoppin23 Hi, yes it has been, after another call from my sister, they told her to call SGN who came out in 2 hours, not sure why it took 6 days to advise that. Might be worth a try? Good luck

@BulbUK My sister and her 3 young children have been without heating & hot water FOR 6 DAYS! Her meter is broken, no gas getting through, no resolution & bulb seem unwilling to send someone out, disgusting customer service, call backs not being made & she has even been hung up on
