@tehoem88@UTFootballEdits What am I coping with? I literally said I agree with the comments Sark made. His comments have nothing to do with what happened in the past when Texas was in the big 12, rather to Tech’s schedule now. Therefore, you want to talk, you gotta be ready to back it up.
Last night I heard someone say.
“People care more about charging their phones than charging their body”.
This is so true!
If you aren’t getting 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night, then you aren’t getting enough!
@zachhomol_ Not to mention, “homework time” takes time away from the kids that should be used for kids to be kids. Playing outside, playing/doing whatever extracurricular they like, and just hanging with friends & family.
WOW @CaseyMeansMD full body chills, congratulations this is so well deserved 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 @calleymeans this is huge so happy for your family and for you both
It's easy to fall into the trap of believing that if you can just get THAT next materialistic thing, then "I'll be enough".
That thing usually takes the form of a new job, a new car, a higher salary, or even someone else's approval.
Chasing these surface-level desires only leads to a never-ending search for purpose. Even if you do reach the mountain top, you never really feel satisfied with the view.
The only true way to avoid this pitfall?
Climb your own mountains. 🏔️
Mountains that match your calling, your dreams, your aspirations, where the purpose and energy is derived from WHO YOU ARE.
Climb YOUR mountains.
Not the mountains society tells you to climb.
Not the mountains made to impress someone else.
Not the mountains made from comparison, or the opinion of others.
Because when you pursue the mountains that align with your true calling, you'll find:
"I'll be enough." transforms into "I am enough." 💯
