If you want people to use the bus - then @FirstinGlasgow PLEASE train your staff! Yet AGAIN - I have been given ( and been charged for a single ticket) a ticket when I clearly said I wanted to Tap on/off- the only one making money out of that is @FirstinGlasgow

Customer services are too busy -it took 2 minths to be refunded last time I complained - so frustrating!

Three times in the past 2 weeks @FirstinGlasgow bus drivers have “accidentally” sold me a single ticket rather than an all day ticket. Which they can’t cancel. Drivers then tel me to tap off & tap on instead & on my return journey when I ask for single I am given an actual ticket
