I don’t really agree with this narrative. Most of the people who made the most money dropshipping did exactly that, scaling crappy products from China and they printed millions. Same with YouTube. Most of the guys I know making the most money from YT post relatively low quality videos. It’s just about filling those gaps in the market at the end of the day.
People in this community often argue whether evergreen channels or trendy channels are the best.
Honestly, I think you should be doing both.
Boring evergreen channels = Decent and reliable profits
Trendy channels = Very high profits, but much less reliable
Just do both
The reason I post this is because I see too many people hyping Q4 up to be this once in a lifetime gold rush when in reality it's not.
You should have your foot on the gas all year long, not for just 3 months of the year.
Here's why Q4 is wildly overrated.
This is the RPM chart from one of my long term channels with 50%+ USA audience. Do you notice any major spikes during Q4 or December? Not at all.
Funny enough, the highest RPMs seen on this channel were actually during Q1 or summertime.
