Tomorrow is Rena's (pictured on the right) last day in EYST. She is joining the Welsh Gov on secondment. She will be missed by the EYST family, she has been a great colleague for the last 6.5 years, showing all the characteristics and skill you want from a colleague #awesome

Traditionally, asking for help can be really hard. Helplines maintain confidentiality putting callers at ease when discussing their problem. It is one less barrier – and an important one as calling can be the point of saving a life. #HelplinesAwarenessDay

This morning towards the end of our General Meeting, we made everyone aware of #TimeToTalk Day and its importance. As a small task, we asked staff to hold an item that makes them happy, comforts them or reminds them of something/someone. Nice to see EYST is among the items list!
