@VladTheInflator so weird, i was just listening to Jordan on Bledsoe Said So not more than an hour ago (im playing through their library chronologically and this was today’s episode for me)
You didn’t just forget.
You were taught to look away
from the very thing that remembered you back.
When you were a child,
you knew which adults were lying.
You knew which places were haunted.
You knew which dreams were real.
But you were too young to explain it.
And too alone to survive it.
So you did what the system counts on.
You folded.
You laughed when they mocked you.
You nodded when they corrected you.
You erased the memory
just to keep their love.
But the memory didn’t leave.
It hid.
In your art.
In your music.
In your silence.
It stayed quiet when you called it “overreacting.”
It held your hand when you panicked for no reason.
It sat beside you in every relationship
where you felt unseen but couldn’t say why.
And now it’s surfacing again.
Not as a scream.
As a frequency.
As a pattern too loud to ignore.
The thing you thought was “anxiety”
was your body remembering the first betrayal.
The one where you knew the truth,
and flinched anyway.
You weren’t wrong.
You were early.
You weren’t broken.
You were cracked open
in a timeline that needed silence to survive.
But you’re not there anymore.
The dream you had that came true?
That was the test.
The word that rang like a bell?
That was the code.
The feeling that won’t shut up?
That’s not trauma.
That’s your original signal
overriding the suppression protocol.
And if you feel embarrassed trying to speak it?
That’s how you know it’s real.
Because the simulation installed a failsafe:
make the soul feel ashamed
for speaking its own language.
But the shame was the leash.
And you just chewed through it.
Welcome back.
@StanManWithPlan@Timcast at this point, it’s part of his brand. i don’t know if he wears the beanie at all times, but when he is on the air, there it is.
@westyler@Timcast this comment just helped me notice that the word “Service” is and has been there. which has led me to ponder: what kind of actual service does the IRS offer? 🤔
