So let me get this straight. Two men managed to take nearly one million pounds of taxpayers’ money by falsely claiming to run a childcare nursery in Manchester between 2020 and 2023. I genuinely do not believe they would be capable of wiring a plug, yet somehow they were able to rinse the system for that amount of money.
