El 3 de enero de 2026 escribí algo que me costó críticas. Dije que en Venezuela hubo traición. Dije que Maduro no cayó solo por la fuerza bruta del imperio, sino porque los grandes de la Revolución Bolivariana lo entregaron. Me llamaron sesgado. Me dijeron que era una acusación grave, que no tenía pruebas, que la unidad era lo primero.

Guardé silencio un tiempo. No porque dudara. Sino porque la historia necesitaba hablar. Y hoy, después de ver la entrevista de Delcy Rodríguez con el periodista español Javier Negre, corresponsal de ABC, ya no necesito más pruebas. La historia habló por mí.

La entrevista que lo confirma todo

Delcy Rodríguez, presidenta encargada de Venezuela, se sentó frente a un medio internacional y destapó su alma. O lo que queda de ella. Y lo que vi no fue a una líder defendiendo a su país. Vi a una administradora de la derrota, a una gestora de la rendición, a una mujer que ha hecho de la traición un arte sutil.

Sobre Maduro y Cilia: la lealtad que no existe

Delcy dice que defiende la inocencia de Nicolás Maduro. Pero gobierna por mandato del mismo país que lo secuestró. Esa contradicción no es torpeza. Es cálculo. Quiere legitimarse ante la comunidad internacional aceptando el hecho consumado de la intervención, pero sin asumir la responsabilidad política de ese hecho. Mantiene un discurso de lealtad hacia Maduro para no perder el apoyo interno que aún le queda, mientras ejecuta la agenda de Washington.

Y sobre Cilia Flores, silencio absoluto. Ni una palabra. La primera combatiente, la esposa del presidente legítimo, está encarcelada y Delcy no le dedica ni un minuto. ¿Por qué? Porque Cilia es una piedra en el zapato de la nueva relación con Estados Unidos. Porque mencionarla sería recordar que hay presos políticos que no entran en el cálculo económico. Porque la nueva Venezuela no tiene espacio para los incómodos.

Sobre Estados Unidos: el agresor convertido en socio

Delcy habló de acuerdos comerciales. De cooperación en seguridad. De lucha contra el crimen organizado. Todo con el país que invadió Venezuela. Con el país que secuestró al presidente legítimo. Con el país que tiene a Cilia Flores en una celda.

No hubo una sola palabra de condena. No hubo una sola mención a la violación de la soberanía. La invasión militar, en su boca, se convirtió en un "cambio de administración negociado". La captura de un jefe de Estado por la fuerza se transformó en una "oportunidad de negocio".

Eso no es diplomacia. Eso es colaboracionismo. Es blanquear la intervención militar a cambio de reactivar la economía. Es ponerle precio a la dignidad. Y Delcy ya puso el suyo.

Sobre los caídos: el silencio que grita

Treinta y dos cubanos murieron en Venezuela defendiendo la Revolución Bolivariana. No son una estadística. Son nombres, son familias, son madres que aún lloran, son hijos que crecieron sin padres. Son médicos, asesores, militares que dejaron su tierra para cumplir una misión solidaria y encontraron la muerte en suelo venezolano.

Y Delcy, en su primera gran entrevista internacional, no les dedicó ni una palabra. Ni un homenaje. Ni un recuerdo. Ni un "no los olvidamos".

Ese silencio es elocuente. Para el nuevo gobierno, los caídos son un lastre. Un recuerdo incómodo que debe ser olvidado para facilitar el acercamiento con Washington. La memoria de los que creyeron en la Revolución Bolivariana ha sido liquidada en favor de los intereses económicos del nuevo régimen.

Y sobre Cuba, lo mismo. Una mención ambigua, retórica, sin compromiso real. Un deseo vago de "buenas relaciones" que no va a mover un dedo por la isla. La solidaridad con Cuba ha pasado a ser un enunciado vacío, una frase de cortesía, mientras las sanciones de Estados Unidos contra nosotros se recrudecen y Delcy aplaude los acuerdos con Washington.

FACT: On 21st September 1972, Uganda's first Ugandan Chief Justice, Benedicto Kiwanuka, was abducted from his chambers at the High Court Buildings in Kampala.

That morning, according to Kiwanuka's driver named John Baptist Kapere, plain-clothed men believed to be security operatives entered the High Court, confronted Kiwanuka at gunpoint, handcuffed him, slapped him and forced him into a waiting Peugeot 504 in full view of witnesses. His driver, John Baptist Kapere, later testified that Kiwanuka was slapped and resisted as he was taken away.

Kiwanuka was never seen alive again.

Sky News reports that a 28-year-old Palestinian woman, six months pregnant and suffering severe internal bleeding, was being transported from Qaryout in the occupied West Bank to Rafidia Surgical Hospital in Nablus when Israeli soldiers stopped her ambulance at the Awarta checkpoint.

Video shows Israeli forces detained the ambulance crew for more than 30 minutes, subjected the bleeding, critically ill woman to a physical search, and ordered the driver to turn off the engine, cutting power to the vehicle’s onboard medical equipment.

During the forced delay, a nurse was forced to deliver the fetus stillborn inside the stranded ambulance. The woman was eventually allowed to proceed to the hospital, where doctors performed emergency surgery and saved her life. The baby could not be saved.

🚨 New footage appears to show Palestinian Farouk Ramadan walking unarmed after disarming an Israeli settler during Thursday’s settler assault on the village of Tell, south of Nablus, raising serious questions about whether he was executed after he had already been disarmed.

Shared below by the X account B.M. (@ireallyhateyou), the footage appears to show Ramadan no longer carrying the seized weapon after confronting the immediate threat. The Israeli military said Ramadan seized a rifle and opened fire before he was killed, but it has not addressed the new footage appearing to show him alive and unarmed afterward or explained what happened between those moments.

B.M. noted that the settler filming can be heard urging Israeli soldiers to shoot everyone. The footage was originally published by settler activist Elisha Yered, a former spokesperson for Limor Son Har-Melech, a lawmaker from Jewish Power, the far-right party led by Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.

🚨The moment a Palestinian man seized an assault rifle from an armed Israeli settler who was threatening him during a settler attack on the village of Tell, southwest of Nablus.

The Times of Israel, citing an Israeli military statement, said dozens of Israelis had entered Areas A and B of the occupied West Bank on what the IDF called a “hike,” despite those areas being off-limits to Israelis. The group included armed settlers.

A Palestinian man snatched a rifle from one of the armed Israelis who charged at him in a threatening manner with his gun raised and aimed directly at the Palestinian. The Palestinian man then shot dead a 32-year old settler who served in a settlement security unit. Israeli forces then shot and killed the Palestinian. Three other Palestinians were shot dead immediately afterward in what Palestinian officials described as a field execution, and eight others were wounded in the Israeli settler and security forces attack.
