Jesus died over 2,000 years ago. Yet, nobody ever refers to Him as the late Jesus.
Never is He referred to in the past tense. Why? Because, of the resurrection!
He is the living God!

“But when I posted on the back leg and smoothed the transition to foot down…”
If the pitcher disrupts your control of your weight distribution and crashes your foot down transition… You bleed out all your stored energy and your adjustability is shot.
High level adjustability originates in controlling the transition to foot down.
This is always wildly misinterpreted because so many people are tired of hearing “get your foot down!” and associate that with a lack of pop and a lack of athleticism.
That tends to ignore the stability in the legs that is created from posting on the back leg and THE STRETCH that is stored up from the stride phase against it.
The stretch against the posted leg can yield tremendous pop that people will not appreciate until they learn and trust it.
Yeah, just getting your foot down on time won’t help you if you’ve got to then muscle up from there and swing. That type of teach no doubt robbed many a cookie cut hitter of their potential for many years.
