When you ask your male co-worker to help you with something, but he keeps screwing it up so you end up doing it yourself anyway.
You’re gonna want to watch with sound on.
Michelle and I loved reading to this bright group of kids today!
We hope this new Chicago Public Library branch at the Obama Presidential Center will be a place where folks come to read, check out books, and connect with one another for years to come.
☀️Summer Sound Bath 🎶
Celebrate the Summer Solstice and welcome the first day of summer with a restorative and immersive Sound Bath experience led by Adam Deatherage. Surrounded by a peaceful nature-and-plants atmosphere, you’ll be invited to relax and unwind as the soothing sounds of metal bowls, singing bowls, and gongs create a calming and meditative environment.
Chairs and ice-cold water will be provided. Guests are also welcome to bring a yoga mat if they prefer to lie down during the session, and a blanket/towel for comfort.
Whether you’re seeking relaxation, reflection, or simply a unique way to honor the changing season, this instructor-led experience offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down and connect with the energy of summer.
