Marlon, he won his heat in the Men’s 400, and became the conference leader AND school record holder in the 400m!!!

Still has many big races left in him this indoor season!!!

Moving on to All-Ohio (y’all have already seen posts about it lol)

Lisa-Maria placed 5th overall in the women’s 60 at All-Ohio yesterday, and tied the school record in the 200!!

Oh yeah, she also won the 200!!!

Ja’Qway’s PB puts him at #2 in School history for the 200, and Marlon’s PB has him at #3!!!

In the 200m, we had ALL 7 of our runners run a PB. This is highlighted by Ja’Qway Janvier (SR) and Marlon Brown (FR) running PB’s of 22.72 and 22.77 respectively.

Shyla also ran another PB in the 200, shaving off a full second and more off her PB.

This is her 3rd straight meet with a Personal Best in at least 1 event.

Also, as of right now, these two ladies sit at the top 3 of the HCAC in the 400, Lisa at #1 and Shyla at #3🙌🏾

Shyla Pemberton (FR), running her 3rd straight PB in the 400, knocks off a full 3 seconds on her way to a 1:03.67 (#6 in school history)
