@fionamau @guardian Interesting! Thanks for this. For me, exercise is the best thing for my mental health. There’s a big difference between a day I get out and when I don’t. Lots of benefits to getting moving everyday, even if just for 10-15mins. Getting out in nature also calms us.#SIGTweetMeet
