@ParkNTicket we’ve loyally used you for 15 years, but tonight was the end. Only 2 drivers and both allowing riders to get on at end of bus line while several groups waited 30-45 minutes as the bus was full by the time it got to the spot # 25. Unacceptable

@HartsfieldATL the off airport parking needs an airport representative to make sure buses park in correct spots. It is a cluster. Several groups waiting 30-45 minutes in the lines while the buses fill up at end of line and are full and never getting to their spot. What a mess.
