@HARRISFAULKNER just saw your tease for the airline story where the passenger offered to pay. I was 40mins early for a flight with TSA Pre-check and no bags and standing in-line at the counter and they wouldn’t allow me to check-in because I wasn’t 50mins early.

@AlaskaAir That’s great but when you arent the one purchasing and you receive this email and it says nothing about that what should someone do. And it was 2mins passed the time there is no wiggle room? Especially with someone with no bags and just needed a seat.

@AlaskaAir just experienced the worst customer service @ the @LASairport. And the flight email doesnt specify if you arent 50mins early you cant board your plane when common boarding practices are 40mins b4 flight time. I was in-line and told to rebook 48mins before my flight

@Popeyes also if there are customers in the lobby I believe doors need to be unlocked unless they have a crash bar due to fire code.

@Popeyes just went to 1 of your locations and the posted sign says lobby open till 9p but surprise surprise all doors were locked. A customer came and unlocked the door so I could pick-up my order. So one I would change your hours of opening to 5:45p or not allow mobile pick-up.
