In two weeks I will graduate from @ClemsonUniv. Three years fly by when you’re having fun. As they say, it takes a villiage and I am especially thankful for mine. To my parents, professors, mentors and others, thank you. #classof2019#ontogradschool
The lovely man beside me on the plane to Kansas just rolled his eyes as the flight attendant reminded everyone to wear a mask and said, “If you’re telling me to wear a mask that’s the same thing as saying Jesus is coming. I’m not doing it.” Great flight ahead of me friends.
I watched all of the Star Wars in order for the first time during quarantine and it just so happened to line up with Episode 9 coming out on Disney+ on May 4th. I feel like a little kid today. #MayThe4thBeWithYou
I learned a long time ago that disappointment is a normal feeling to get from this organization. Dude set 2 franchise records last season and you say bye? Wow
Dads: You play a direct role in shaping how your daughter sees herself, carries herself, performs in school, the relationships she builds. 90% of her self-esteem comes before age 12. By being present and involved in her life, you teach her she can be ANYTHING.
Be her hero.
I don’t always lean against the table at the front of the room when I’m talking to my students, but when I do the table falls over and I fall with it. Glad they got a laugh. #TAFails
Went to dinner with my dad. He has a bionic left arm for those who don’t know.
Our waitress: “Wow! That is SO cool. How’d it happen if you don’t mind me asking?”
It’s 2020, please stop pointing out disabilities! It’s uncomfortable! xoxo
