@ThreeUKSupport please can you advise me how to cancel a phone contract when we keep being told that we are failing the security process. My son is paying £40 but the contract ended last Sept. Pls don't advice me to phone 3. I have spent hours doing so & still here we are!
@ThreeUKSupport I did. that person then transferred me to another department, where I had to start all over again! And they said I needed to go to a store or get the account holder to contact them. When the account holder does (my dad) we fail the security. My dad is deaf which doesn't help.
@ThreeUKSupport We did, we explained the problem. We were told we needed to phone 3. I have been trying to resolve this since sept 2023. I have been on an online chat for over an today, still not resolved. Ideally I would like to speak to someone who is prepared to listen & has authority (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, went into 3 store yesterday. Told they couldn't help us. We are not switching network. 18month 3 contract has fiches, just want to switch to 3 SIM only contract but still being charged £43. Unable to switch to sim only.
@JeremyVineOn5@StormHuntley did you really just ask "how busy are the police at 6am?" Domestic abuse, mental health crisis, road traffic accidents, people trafficking, county lines ... not 9-5 issues!
