Beyoncé has filed a petition in the United States Tax Court contesting nearly $2.7M in tax and penalties.

According to a notice, she owes over $805K in additional tax and $161K in penalty for 2018. It also states that she owes over $1.4M in additional tax and $288K in penalty for 2019.

The singer argues that the IRS refused millions of dollars' worth of reported tax deductions.
