Historical precedent shows us, the party ought to be investigated for criminal actions and foreign investment and involvement. So, saving the unworthy party, not an acceptable answer.

@_ashawndabney Yes. Everything about life is contracts. And so is marriage. Also, states express no interests in the procreative aspects of marriage, so the contract law precedent should prevail, and not puritan precedent of religious beliefs.
