@lnachman32 I just wish they knew we don't do anything to "California separatists", and that polls show CA independence is deeply unpopular because... wait for it... being part of the US is preferable to not. (Although these days I wonder...)
@daokedao1234 It's a lose-lose scenario. The etiquette would be to use English, but I've definitely had people be like "Why didn't you just tell me you spoke Mandarin in the first place?".
I’m going to take at least a week break from Twitter. Too easy to encounter negative/prejudiced content, and I have to choose my battles. I would like it if people checked out my stickied thread. The most I can do is try to share info and hope it helps someone. Peace 🙏🏻
