@DunelmService Hi Antony - I went today and the rug I needed wasn’t in stock when your website said it was. I think this I definitely something that should be looked into as vouchers should be able to be used online
@DunelmService Hi. Can you reserve items at your stores? I’ve got a voucher which I can’t use online but I’ve got to travel to get the items I want in stock. I’ve tried calling the store (Horsham) with no answer. Thanks

@AirAsiaSupport this is just not okay. Poor mishandling of our case means we now have to try and purchase a new one whilst in Hong Kong for two days as we physically cannot travel home with this! I hope you will help with this?!?
