Tennesseans deserve a healthy debate between all Republican candidates for Governor. While Marsha Blackburn has run from the press and declined debates, I’ve held more than 40 public town halls in just two months. I’m ready to debate the issues.
I appreciate News Channel 5 for stepping forward to host. Now, Marsha Blackburn needs to step forward and make this debate a reality.
✅️45 town halls held
What I've heard: you want a Governor who will listen to everyday Tennesseans - a Governor who doesn't run.
If I thought Marsha Blackburn would govern that way, I wouldn't be asking for your vote.
It was meaningful to be home in Smith County, where my family and I are proud to carry forward nine generations of Tennessee roots on our farm. Tennessee is a city on a hill, and that spirit of faith, work, and community is alive and well here. #TNTrueTour
UPDATE: @MarshaBlackburn is still ducking 🦆 a debate in the Republican primary for Governor of Tennessee. (She hasn’t held an in-person town hall since 2017🐔 )
Meanwhile @MontyFritts4TN is saying @RepJohnRose will only show up if Marsha does.🤔 https://t.co/NrN5rrwe74
Tennesseans, do you really want a governor who's too scared to face her opponents and the public? .@MarshaBlackburn should never be given the keys to our state Capitol
Tennessee is one of the freest states in the country, and I’m running for Congress to bring more Tennessee to DC so @realdonaldtrump has the back up he needs to keep DRAINING THE SWAMP.
Great seeing so many friends tonight at the Fentress County GOP Reagan Day Dinner!
@GlennJacobsTN
Tennessee is home to the American Dream. This is, hands down, the best place to live, work, and raise a family. I'm grateful to God to be a Tennessean and I promise to protect it.
I had a wonderful time at the Fentress County America 250 Celebration honoring the traditions and enduring spirit that have shaped our nation for 250 years. We were joined by proud Tennesseans who are committed to preserving the freedoms and opportunities that make America exceptional.
Marshall County is proof that Tennessee’s greatest strength is its people. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared your ideas for Tennessee’s future. It was an honor to visit the birthplace of the Tennessee Walking Horse and celebrate the traditions that continue to define our state. #TNTrueTour
I can't believe I'm saying this, but Susan Collins is our path forward.
We have 50 votes.
End the filibuster. Secure our elections.
Leader Thune not on board? Get a new leader.

CIA: Trust us with sweeping surveillance powers.
Also CIA: Can’t stop employees from walking off with literal gold bars.
Maybe fix basic accountability before asking for more authority over Americans’ privacy.
From its deep roots in West Tennessee heritage to its strong sense of community, Haywood County has a story worth celebrating. I’m looking forward to visiting for another #TNTrueTour stop on June 12 to hear your vision for the future of our state.
The SAVE America Act is common sense in Cannon County—and across Tennessee.
At a recent town hall, I heard from countless people who made their support for the bill clear.
Proof of citizenship to register. Photo ID to vote.
The Senate must act now.
.@POTUS is right. The future of our Republic hinges on passing the SAVE America Act into law. That will require real courage from Republican Senators.
It’s time they demand that @LeaderJohnThune stop hiding behind the filibuster, work with naysayers in our party, and pass the bill!
Everyone is ready for fuel prices to come down. So, Congress needs to support the world's strongest military and empower them to finish the job in Iran as quickly as possible.
I voted NO on the war powers resolution that seeks to halt our progress in Iran.
For most of my life, we have had an agricultural trade SURPLUS in this country.
Farm country is now facing a crisis because of the failed leadership of the last four years.
Under Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi, the U.S. failed to negotiate a SINGLE agricultural trade deal.
How dare Congressional Democrats criticize the firemen that are on the scene containing – and working hard to put out – the fire they started.
Data centers shouldn't be built in communities that can't meet their own power needs first. I'll lead with policies that don't put Tennesseans in a position to compete with Silicon Valley for electricity.
