A laptop should be made to be durable and fit for purpose, especially one whose screen is supposed to be utilised as a flip book. I spent over an hour on the phone this evening alone and several emails. I treated myself to this expensive device for my new role in SEN education.

@SamsungUK poor form Samsung. I bought a galaxy book pro 360 in June. This is the screen now, it has not been dropped nor item placed on it nor shut onto, not a scratch on the casing anywhere to be seen. You will not replace or refund under warranty despite it being 2 months old

This difficult year. I'm a special needs teacher myself so he has to cope with being in school provision whilst they are shut in the UK. I am so proud of the loving, caring and funny lad he is becoming. It would mean the world to him to have a message or video saying hi. 🤞🤞🙏🙏

Heard a Tawny owl in our garden late at night so went to investigate. She was a no show but we heard a distinct buzzing noise near our old water trough that we have left to provide for wildlife. Turns out it must have been a prime site for Stag beetle larvae!

@All4 @4Viewers we have a problem with All4 on our LG tv for the last week. All apps up to date, I've tried uninstall/ reinstall, I've unplugged TV from mains and reset the router. All4 loads, you can select programmes so it is getting wifi. Once the advert finishes playing it
