Over a month on from being evacuated from Rhodes and @loveholidays customers still do not have their belongings and valuables returned from their hotels. Every other tour operator has managed it! Completely abandoned. We will never book a holiday via an online travel agent again!

@loveholidays We've given you all the information. Every LoveHolidays customer has but the hotel has 350 suitcases sitting there and you're refusing to have anything to do with it unlike EVERY other tour operator who have organised couriers for their customers belongings
