@TrainsInfo We’re on the train so we know that. What I want to know is why are you punishing those stuck even further by delaying train so it stops every stop? And how do I get refund as complete waste of $100 for ticket and just sit on a train and apparently will be bus home. #BadService

I need to get to #KnightsBroncos and been stuck in tunnel >hour. Now worse delay by changing to all stations.
I’m out of pocket footy ticket and this wasted train fare. Should have arrived 15:44 now only at Wyong. How can you help me make kickoff?
