@KFarrup Hi, hopefully this helps. Like the wicked challenge as its very relevant. Is this for the Police globally or just in specific countries/areas? What specifically is the ideal outcome? How do we know they wont close ranks and stand by colleagues if the change starts internally?

This was Group 3's submission. Please let me know your thoughts. It focuses on zero hour contracts being unfair for employees.
Leaders should ask: Would this create value for both of us? If the answer is no, then one should not do it, even if one could oneself benefit; if the answer is yes, then it is a possibility one should explore.
Week 18 #OUB329
This week I felt was reminiscent as I work in marketing so call to actions are not new. It was nice to go back to basics and use some of the theory to explain my CTA offering to my group. Also just to note its really exciting how close to end of the module we are!
Week 17 #OUB329
I under appreciated the value in story telling this week when I saw Joseโs video. It made me go back to my marketing basics in how to generate emotional reactions from viewers. Going forward I want to concentrate more on how I'm telling my organisations story ๐ฃ๐
Week 16 #OUB329
Honestly this weeks material made me reflect on the challenges I have faced and whether I could have been more active in challenging them. I also need to work on remembering the meanings of antagonism and agonism ๐๐ค
Week 15 #OUB329
This week taught me that resistance tends to be caused by a trigger and each persons can differ. I do feel though that the escape resistance face would be easier to understand if named resignation. Does anyone agree?
Week 14 #OUB329
This week I developed a better understanding that place based leadership commonly requires a solution which includes participation ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐โโ๏ธ
Week 13 #OUB329
What to type ๐ค โฆ
This week was a struggle for me. My writing abilities are not the best so TMA2 was pushing me to develop them yet again. Honestly, it was painful but Iโm proud I finished it and supported myself by stress eating chocolate #strength#development
Week 12 #OUB329
A key note I found from this weeks work is that even with good intentions going into a collaboration that others may feel differently. Itโs vital to establish shared goals at the start #planning#studentlife
Week 11 #OUB329
Lots of things this week felt repetitive of previous studies. The key learning for me was that provoking conflict in the right manner can help achieve more positive outcomes ๐ค better brush up on my debating skills #learning#conflictcanbekey
Week 10 #OUB329
This week taught me that you dont need to be at management level or above to influence decisions. My weaknesses include delegating tasks and I realise now how important this is so Iโm planning ways I can improve on it. #ListenAndLearn#selfevaluation
Week 9 #OUB329
I learned that transparent objectives are vital in collaboration ๐ซฑ๐พโ๐ซฒ๐ผ Itโs a skill I wish to develop further in my leadership journey #collaboration#skilldevelopment
Week 8 #OUB329
This week has shown me I am a good leader however I lack the ability to delegate tasks. Working on this can help improve my inclusivity by displaying trust in others. A benefit could be viewing an alternative way to approach the task from others #learningtolead
Week 7 #OUB329
I found this week emotional as I have been in a situation where I was percieved incorrectly which is difficult. These learnings will help me rectify this in future ๐
Week 6 #OUB329
Better late than never ๐คช
Submitted TMA 1 on the 9th and can honestly say my next leadership decision is to reward my efforts with a cocktail ๐น
Week 5 #OUB329
A key learning from this week is which questions to ask & who they are best suited to. Itโs inspired me to reach out to a managing director for my TMA #nopressure ๐
Week 4 #OUB329
I learned itโs vital leaders understand their own culture & how other cultures differ to take a multicultural approach.
In my personal life its increased my curiousity to know more about my partnerโs culture and see how our differences strengthen us as a couple
