The WNBA rulebook says a player who DELIBERATELY ENTERS THE SPECTATOR STANDS is to be AUTOMATICALLY EJECTED.

It even specifies that THE FIRST ROW OF SEATS IS THE BEGINNING OF THE STANDS.

A’ja Wilson walks toward a courtside fan, gets into a confrontation, gets assessed a technical foul…

And somehow the league’s conclusion is:

NO EJECTION.
NO FINE.
NO SUSPENSION.
