@AmericanAir This response is unacceptable for a 12 HOUR DELAY. I arrived at the airport at 730am for an 8:34am departure. Do better than telling me to be patient. Provide your customers with information that defuses the situation. I’m a Platinum member. NOT A GOOD LOOK.
