Here is a typical message exchange I have with players, parents or coaches from female sporting competitions that include males who wish they were women.

I am providing this here because in court I was asked to provide evidence of males injuring female athletes but all I could provide was the anecdotal evidence (which the judge would not accept), because these girls and their families refuse to go on the record.

Why won’t they go on the record? Read below.

Here is the most recent example from Monday.

Binary supporter: My son’s girlfriend clashed with “—” from a female (regional team) team during a soccer match on Friday night. Her leg was really swollen. I told her that all teams really should forfeit games with them. It’s so unfair. They lost against the (regional team) of course.
I know you hear of this all the time. I just thought I’d share with you.

Me: What we need is the injured player to take photos and document the injury and make a formal complaint. Or at least send it to us. We will never reveal someone’s identity without permission.

Binary supporter: I wish I thought of that. I should have taken a photo. Her knee was double the size of the other one. Yes I’ve been saying things to her.

Me: That is terrible! Get her to take a photo now if it is still swollen and to write out what happened. She can be anonymous. I can share it with Alison Penfold and she can perhaps do something about it.

Binary supporter: Okay. The mum said she will speak to daughter about it tonight and see what she wants to do. Said swelling has gone down and some bruising now. I’ll keep you posted.

Me: Thanks. The best thing they can do is speak out and provide evidence.

That was Monday. I haven’t had a reply. I don’t really expect one.

The girls have all been warned that they cannot oppose these male players or they will face penalties or legal action.

Hard to blame them really. What family would want to endure what I or @salltweets have been put through?

Girls are getting injured. They have three less than attractive options:
1. Stay silent, exclude themselves and never speak out;
2. Remain playing and risk further injury; or
3. Speak out and risk very expensive and difficult legal action.

How is that reasonable?

It isn’t. And it is one major reason I will keep fighting.

Girls are being injured, humiliated, gaslit and threatened simply for wanting fair and safe playing fields. It is unacceptable.

I strongly urge these girls to come forward.

Provide the evidence and go on the record.

Australia is on your side and it is only a matter of time until males will once again be excluded from female sport, spaces and services.

You can greatly accelerate the process if only you would speak out.
We have your back.

Not brain :) There’s a note if patient has DSD or GD for respectful comms with patient. For trial data their correct sex is used & data anonymised. Sex can’t change. Temperament note can.

It's simple. Medical specialists record patient's details in the field 'sex' as M or F. No gender needed. If DSD, it's known & noted.
I'm worried about those who think sex can change. Messes up trial data. Sall's helping fix the law.

We have doctors who meet them and their CT & MR scans, so we don’t need to ask them, Sall or anyone. 100% accurate. They’re treated according to their sex, drug history, genetic condition etc. Not their temperament.

For our subject (cancer) patient’s beliefs & mental health issues are a note. Trials, diagnosis etc are useless if anyone can change their M/F value. @salltweets is preserving this. Her ‘opinion’ is vital.

How many sex categories do you think exist? Should we change our trial collection data for prostate cancer patients?
