@RAC_Care Your mechanic called us and drove by because he decided that as the car was a rear wheel drive he couldn’t tow us!! He didn’t even bother to stop! The police ended up getting their recovery company because it was dangerous and your team took so long - so we got charged £150!

24 hours since the @TheRAC_UK left us in the dark and fog on the A41 for nearly 3 hours with no power to car - so no hazard lights!! We were also told by a kind gentleman at their call centre it’s not the RACs job to keep us safe - Thank god the police stayed with us throughout!!
