Never book with this company. They loose your luggage, delay your flight, cost you hundreds in phone bills to try to speak to their customer service dept. Then think they are doing you a favour by giving u a 15% off discount off ur next booking!

@AirCanada what a disgrace of a company. 2 horrendous flight experiences my children, husband & I experienced with all suitcases lost!
I have wrote a letter of complaint to your company and 2 MONTHS later I’m still awaiting a reply.
