@UFT Mr. Mulgrew, please fight for us. We cannot open schools until it is SAFE. Rearranging furniture so students can sit 6 feet apart is NOT ENOUGH. We need PROACTIVE measures like mandatory testing before returning, consistent rapid testing, contact tracing etc. @MOREcaucusUFT

@NYCMayor @NYCMayor Educators have been loud and clear. As a public school teacher, I know how vulnerable many of our students are, but it is TOO risky to keep schools open. It is time to CLOSE SCHOOLS and offer solutions to families who depend on school for care, food and shelter.
