This claim is biblically false. The Christian Bible never states that Rebekah was 3 years old when she married Isaac. Genesis 25:20 only confirms that Isaac was 40. Genesis 24 describes Rebekah drawing water for ten camels and making her own decision to leave with Abraham's servant. Also, Rebekah was Isaac's cousin once removed, NOT his half-sister.
