Too many people find themselves hungry all the time without understanding why despite counting calories.

I agree that saying carbs are bad as a blanket statement can lead to an unhealthy relationship with food for many if not most people.

@BicepBarista @PrimeHydrate @LoganPaul @zackdfilms1 Insulin, glucagon, cholecystokinin, ghrelin, leptin, etc, etc. The simplicity of calories in vs calories out ignores all of these hormones, all of which significantly impact how much we choose to eat.

@BicepBarista @PrimeHydrate @LoganPaul @zackdfilms1 Ok but which macro leaves you feeling hungrier later? Hormones still play an important role in hunger which in turn influences how much you eat. Calories in calories out yes, but a diet full of simple carbs will often contribute to overeating.
