@goddek Stopped using seed oils 2yrs ago and my family’s tummy issues have disappeared and skin problems have gone. It sounds silly but substituted tallow and lard and now don’t deep fry at all. Also no ‘breaded’ foods from the supermarket as they are typically full of seed oils.
