I get how relationships with teachers matter, but also, every kid doesn’t want that. As a student, I really didn’t, especially in HS.I knew my teacher was there to teach me, not be another parent to me.
Some of y’all have to drop the notion that every kid wants to be saved.

My belief is people hate sports so it’s easier to blame
Or…. Maybe people WANT to have more than one child but it would be financially irresponsible to bring another child into the world.
Why would I put myself in a financial strain supporting two kids when I could give my one child a very comfortable and fulfilling life?
one of my hot takes is no one should be an only child. having siblings develops something specific in u that when u interact w people w no siblings u can tell its missing from them
Teachers on this app had teachers that coach.
You know all of us are not the $150k a year head football coach.
Some of us are the $1500 before taxes cross country coach has a season from June to November.

And though you have state mandated standards, that’s the minimum you can teach. My honors and AP classes always goes above and beyond what is required
Homeschooled children who were enrolled in public school severely behind on average.
The only ones I had that were on par or above average had parents who were once certified teachers….
