Loci transformed an existing South Bronx building into a 28,500-sf middle school for Access Bronx Charter School adding a double-height gym and vibrant design that reflects the school’s dynamic culture and community.

Excited to share an early look at AECI Charter School’s new 60,000 sf Bronx campus! The middle/high school will feature a cafeteria with commercial kitchen, two full basketball courts in a 3rd-floor gym, rooftop play area, and a vibrant shared lobby with feature stair.

Construction is well underway at Merrick Academy Charter School! This new 60,000 sf K–8 STEAM-focused school in Queens is taking shape to serve nearly 1,000 students. With a full gym, cafeteria, and rooftop playgrounds, the campus is on track for completion this year.

Team Loci had a mind-blowing night at Speakeasy Magick at The Overlook Bar in NYC! 🔮✨ Back for round two after 2023, and it was just as jaw-dropping. Keita’s watch disappeared again 😳 and sugar turned into cubes right before our eyes. NYC magic at its finest! 🪄
