Update: I want to thank everyone who offered advice yesterday. After evaluating my discomfort last night in combination with a ton of research I’ve come to the conclusion I’m experiencing some sort of vericocele. (Testicular vein swelling).

The solution is for me to find a cage/ring with a large gap for my balls. If anyone has recommendations let me know. Need as much space between cage and ring as possible. I finally feel like I have a good understanding of what I need.
