Clap push-ups – 3 sets of 15 reps
Close-grip bench press – 3 sets of 6 reps (weight: 90 kg)
Squats – 90 kg for 5 reps, immediately followed by deadlift – 90 kg for 5 reps, 3 sets
Romanian deadlift – 60 kg for 8 reps, immediately followed by pull-ups – 10 reps, 3 sets
Take 15 kg dumbbells and do bicep curls – 15 reps, then immediately take a 40 kg barbell and do bicep curls – 5 reps, 3 sets
Abs + lower back – mandatory 3 sets of 20 reps
Rest after each exercise – 2 minutes
