@SophieRhone The amount of times I get this sort of abuse is ridiculous. Threatening legal GDPR action and completely unaware about the concept of a paid for journalist database. Personally think it's easier to click unsubscribe then it is to write a shitty email.

Poor from @ubereats_uk. App glitched out and I could see the driver at another restaurant picking up food having paid extra for 'priority' delivery.

@JustEatUK WHY DONT YOU PROVIDE A CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER FOR OPEN ORDERS. driver is a no show and hasn't returned to the restaurant. Sucha crap app.

P.s our Head of Research has a PHD on the subject so please rest assured he is incredibly comfortable with Excel.

Please don't fret, it was a concrete piece of research based on Gov figures, looking at national affordability in the same way that it always is within the media. We also then tailored it to FTBs based on earnings for that age bracket and FTB house prices.
