A message without a next step is just inspiration.
We've all been in a room where something moved us — a sermon, a speech, a conversation. And then we walked out and nothing changed. Not because it wasn't good. But because nobody told us what to do next.
Inspiration is the spark. Direction is what starts the fire.
What's the most inspiring message you've ever heard that actually moved you to do something?

Sympathy keeps its distance.
Compassion gets in the foxhole.
One of our core values at the @tebowfoundation is "we hurt when they hurt." It's not comfortable. But it's worth it — because the people around you don't need someone who feels bad for them. They need someone who shows up.
Who around you needs you to just show up today?
If someone asked you today why you live differently — what would you say?
There's a reason you don't fall apart the way everyone else does.
A reason you can show up with peace in the middle of chaos.
Forgiveness when you've been wronged.
Hope when the situation says there's nothing to hope for.
That's not personality. That's not positivity. That's Jesus.
And the people in your life — at work, home, in your everyday, they're noticing something they can't quite explain.
One day they're going to ask you about it.
Be ready to tell them why.
Influence doesn't just travel through performance, but also relationships.
Think about the people who have shaped you most.
A coach. A mentor. A friend. A coworker who showed up for you when they didn't have to.
I'd be willing to bet they all had one thing in common… they actually knew you. Not just your work. You.
That's not an accident.
Performance might get people's attention.
But it's relationship that earns their trust. And trust is where real influence begins.
The people around you don't need to be impressed by you. They need to feel known by you.
