That’s the point, with a 50 year mortgage you would be poor your entire life period. I am with you most of the time but watching my kids face a worse future than I had because those before me only looked for themselves at the cost of the youth is a problem. Close the schools, force the healthy to get vaxed because the wealthy elderly are scared is a perfect example. We should be looking after our future generations. I respect the elders but as a generalization they are only out to get theirs.
