@TDAutoFinance @TDbankmaldenroad after lots of calls to transfer our credited balance for our totalled truck & always being told another 5 more days. Shame on you but I guess you’re ok TD you got your $ early. How can you treat your customers like this & during a pandemic!

@TDAutoFinance @TDbanksupport @TDmaldenroad we recv’d insurance chq for totalled truck. TD took the cheque July 8 and applied it to our TDAutofinance acct. Told us it would take 5 business days for the rest to transfer to our cibc acct it’s July 28 lots of calls and no $! Disgust
