🚨 Dutch Minister Karremans just delivered a masterclass defense in Parliament against the latest Reuters/ETSC narrative.
While critics try to sow doubt with old Tesla marketing stats, the RDW’s independent work speaks for itself:
✅ 1.8+ million km of real-world testing on European roads.
✅ 1,000+ rigorous scenario tests on test tracks.
✅ Own RDW test equipment + data collection, not relying on Tesla’s self published figures.
✅ Extreme weather, complex urban traffic, highways. All independently validated
✅ Nearly 40,000 Dutch Teslas with FSD Supervised have already driven 24 million km with no notable incidents.
The minister made it crystal clear: the RDW did its own thorough research. Safety comes first. Period.
This is what evidence based regulation looks like. The Netherlands continues to lead Europe responsibly while others chase headlines.
Huge respect to Minister @vincentkar for standing firm and shutting down the FUD. 🇳🇱✅

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents kidnapped a U.S. citizen, while he was grabbing coffee, in Maryland.
Samuel Guzmán repeatedly told agents he was born in the United States. He even offered to show his ID… and they didn’t believe him.
Instead, they took his phone, wallet, and keys, shoved him in their car, illegally transported him to another location, questioned him about where he was “really” from, for 2 hours, and refused to let him call anyone.
Then, once they realized he was a U.S. citizen… they let him go without explaining why he was detained.
The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures…. ICE agents don’t get to kidnap someone, from a coffee shop parking lot, without reasonable suspicion or probable cause.
The Fifth Amendment guarantees due process…. Holding someone against their will while refusing to tell them why, or denying them access to contact anyone, is a constitutional violation.
And the Equal Protection principles mean the government can’t target people simply because of their race, ethnicity, or the language they speak.
If you’re okay with constitutional rights disappearing the moment someone has the wrong last name, or skin color…
You were never defending law and order.
Why the FUCK is America hosting the FIFA World Cup and about to host the Olympics when we are having ICE DETAIN ATHLETES
WE ARE NOT SAFE RIGHT NOW TO HOST ANYTHING!!
I’ve been thinking a lot about the extraordinary outbursts of the President of the United States against female journalists... well, actually against journalists in general and journalism. But it feels like he saves his most childlike behavior and irrational language for female reporters, calling them all kinds of names that kids in kindergarten are given times out for. It’s stunning to me to witness such behavior from any leader, any CEO, any person of influence or importance. I’ve never witnessed someone like this raging, this weekend with @meetthepress host @kwelkernbc, just last week in the Oval Office with @cnn’s @kaitlancollins, calling women stupid or piggy, telling them to “smile”, calling them darling, demeaning their credibility. Every good man should denounce this behavior. Every person should be able to stand up for their colleagues and say “No more.”
Imagine this man screaming like this at your daughter, your wife, your sister, your mother... would you stand for it? No, you wouldn’t! And neither should any of us. It’s unacceptable and undignified. Period. End of story.
We Are Living in the Dumbest Timeline
Donald Trump just posted a photo of a wind turbine next to birds and captioned it “Killing birds by the millions!”
He posted this without irony.
For every single bird killed by a wind turbine, nuclear and fossil fuel plants kill 2,118 birds. Coal alone kills roughly 7.9 million birds a year in the United States. Wind turbines? Between 140,000 and 328,000. That is not a defence of wind turbines.
We are living in genuinely, historically stupid times. Only rivalled, frankly, by the medieval peasants who blamed the Black Death on cats and promptly killed all the cats, which meant the rats multiplied, which meant more plague.
At least the peasants had the excuse of having no access to information whatsoever.
Trump has the internet. He chose this.
Total nonsense.
Hitler was a right-wing extremist, and anyone who knows the basics of history knows that.
GROK: "Hitler and the Nazis are classified as far-right in mainstream historical scholarship because of their core ideology: extreme nationalism, racial hierarchy, authoritarian traditionalism (in a volkisch sense), and opposition to Marxist internationalism and class-based egalitarianism. They were not left-wing in the standard sense of socialism or progressivism."
Hitlers NSDAP party merged with the right wing DNVP and after getting in power he killed socialists and political opponents on the left in concentration camps.
Its ridiculous to even make the claim he had anything to do with the political left other than to try to kill it.
As a Danish and European politician, I am not accustomed to deliberate public falsehood as a political method. But it is probably something we will have to get used to.
Take, for example, Jeff Landry’s blatant falsehood that Donald Trump was the first major politician to truly place Greenland on the world map.
If we confine ourselves to this century alone, Colin Powell was co-signatory of the Igaliku Agreement in 2004 while serving as Secretary of State. John Negroponte, then Deputy Secretary of State, represented the United States when the Ilulissat Declaration was signed in 2008. John Kerry visited Greenland in 2016 while serving as Secretary of State. And Antony Blinken visited the island in 2021.
Greenland was also visited by Angela Merkel in 2007, when the purpose was to study climate change.
And the island has continuously received visits from American politicians who genuinely take an interest in Arctic affairs. The foremost among them is undoubtedly Lisa Murkowski.
So Greenland has long been on the world map - partly because of climate change, and partly because of the question of Arctic security. And Greenland has continuously been integrated into Arctic cooperation, not least as a consequence of the Igaliku Agreement.
There was a time when I read a great deal of Jürgen Habermas and believed that the norm of truth was an unbreakable norm among civilized people. I believed that, as Habermas put it, the better argument exercised a kind of “forceless force.”
What we lack today is a new Habermas for the twenty-first century - someone capable of describing the performative role of the lie.
Because the reality is this: to someone who knows nothing about Greenland, Jeff Landry’s statements sound perfectly plausible. But they are simply a fabrication. A good story. Something designed to generate support without any ambition toward truth. Harry Frankfurt argued that this is the very essence of what he called “bullshit.”
We no longer merely disagree about values. Increasingly, we disagree about reality itself.
Jeff Landry is part of the post-truth culture that permeates American politics. But it is also something we in Europe will increasingly have to adapt to, simply because of the influence the United States possesses.
It is difficult to say where this post-truth strategy will lead the Western world. But I will be honest: I have reached an age where I preferred the world shaped by the ideals of the Enlightenment - by truth as a moral norm and obligation.
That world is gone. Perhaps permanently. I understand that. But I cannot pretend to admire the replacement.
A woman in russia stands silently holding a sign saying “two words.”
That is all it takes.
She is immediately detained by russian police.
As she is being arrested, another woman asks the person filming whether he also interviews people who support the war.
Before she can say anything else, she is arrested as well.
The irony is striking: even a woman who appears ready to defend pro-war views is detained without hesitation. In a system built on fear, the content of your opinion matters less than the fact that you are speaking independently.
This is what “freedom of speech” looks like in today’s russia.
This video is a powerful reminder that authoritarian regimes do not fear violence nearly as much as they fear words.
Trump on Iran War:
Reporter: What extent are Americans’ financial situation motivating you to make a deal?
Trump: Not even a little bit. I don't think about Americans’ financial situation
🚨WTF. This is a MAJOR blunder.
While answering questions from reporters, Trump says “he doesn’t think about Americans’ financial situations.”
This clip is single handedly the greatest gift that could possibly be handed to Midterm Democrats.
JUST IN: Donald Trump tells Fox News that he’s “seriously considering making Venezuela the 51st US state”, adding “Venezuela loves Trump”
Absolutely insane stuff
People are really starting to ask whether Trump is destroying America from the inside.
They're right to ask. Because when you lay every decision flat on the table, every ally insulted, every treaty abandoned, every dollar drained, every institution gutted, there is only one country that comes out ahead.
Every single time.
It's not America 👇🔎

Danny Brandt, a taxi driver in Nuuk, shared an experience today on his own Facebook profile involving a passenger from the United States.
According to Danny, the American passenger asked him during the ride if he would accept $200,000 in exchange for signing a petition.
When Danny asked what the petition was about, the man allegedly replied that he was in Greenland to collect signatures in support of Greenland becoming part of the United States.
Danny Brandt naturally declined the offer and later contacted the police. According to Danny, the case has now been reported, and the police are currently investigating the individual further.

BREAKING: SOUNDS OF SILENCE — Senate hearing goes deadly quiet as Trump’s federal judicial nominees REFUSE to admit third term is illegal.
.
Donald Trump is nominating people to lifetime federal judgeships who won't confirm that he can't run for a third term when they come before the Senate for their approval hearings.
Let that sink in.
Senator Chris Coons of Delaware asked what should be the easiest constitutional law question in American history at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing this week. He asked Trump's judicial nominees about the 22nd Amendment.
The first nominee, John Marck, said that his career had been in criminal prosecution and that he hadn't had occasion to use that particular amendment.
A federal judicial nominee. Unfamiliar with the 22nd Amendment. Seeking a lifetime appointment to interpret the Constitution.
Another candidate eventually offered that it "deals with the two-term limitation." Correct. Gold star.
Coons then asked the simple follow-up: is President Trump eligible to run for president again in 2028?
Marck's response was a masterpiece of evasion: "Without considering all the facts and looking at everything, depending on what the situation is, this to me strikes as more of a hypothetical."
Coons was patient. He walked Marck through it like a kindergarten teacher explaining why you can't eat paste. Has Trump been elected president twice? "President Trump has been certified the President of the United States two times." Is he eligible to run for a third term? "I would have to review the actual wording of it."
A man seeking a lifetime federal judgeship needs to review the actual wording. Of the 22nd Amendment. Which is 61 words long.
Coons then turned to the full panel and asked if anyone — anyone — was willing to simply state that the Constitution of the United States bars Trump from seeking a third term.
A heartbreakingly long silence ensued.
He asked again. Anyone willing to apply the Constitution by its plain language?
More ominous silence.
Nobody. Not one of Trump's judicial nominees would say out loud, under oath, in a Senate hearing, that the 22nd Amendment means what it plainly says.
This isn't ignorance. These are lawyers. They know what the 22nd Amendment says. They know Trump has been talking openly about a third term. And they calculated — correctly, based on what happens to people who cross this president — that telling the constitutional truth was more dangerous than staying silent.
The frightening thing is that these are the people who will be interpreting your rights for the next 30 years.
Please like and share this post if you think federal judges should be willing to say the Constitution means what it says — even when the president doesn't want to hear it.
JUST IN: A Trump judicial nominee was asked point blank: is Trump eligible to run for a third term?
Their answer: “I would have to review the actual wording…”
Sen. Chris Coons then asked every nominee in the room to confirm the Constitution bars a third term.
Silence.
Every single one of them refused to say it.
Trump is appointing judges who won’t affirm the 22nd Amendment to his face.
Never stop connecting the dots.
Trump just said:
“When I get out of office in, let’s say, eight or nine years from now…”
His current term ends in 2029.
Eight or nine years from now is 2033 or 2034.
The 22nd Amendment limits presidents to two terms.
His own judicial nominees refused to confirm that on camera this week.
He’s not hiding it anymore.
Never stop connecting the dots.
History will view Trump as the primary accelerator of the end of US hegemony.
His chaotic foreign policy has perfectly paved the way for the rise of China and a new multipolar reality.
He is actively dismantling American global influence
