@easyJet My Sunday flight BRS-GLA cancelled. Today's GLA-BRS flight cancelled. Rebooked flight out of EDI over an hour late and counting. This is just so poor. Don't publish a schedule you can't effectively or efficiently operate. Don't keep letting us down.

Very strong start to #ICOME2022 here in Glasgow in an opening plenary by our very own Jeremy Smith and an excellent paper from Ad Putter on Dutch influence on the language of Caxton. Now I've had to go and do less interesting things for a bit, but great to see so many pals here.

@PiersatPenn For my 1-semester course I currently have weekly Moodle quizzes, interspersed with summative ones, and tutorials where students work in small groups w/ a problem sheet. I'm gong to use breakout rooms on Zoom for the last of these. Live (and recorded) explanations.
