Advanced Agni missile with MIRV (Multiple Independently Targeted Re-Entry Vehicle) system was successfully tested from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Island, Odisha on 08th May 2026.
The missile was flight tested with Multiple payloads, targeted to different targets spatially distributed over a large geographical area in Indian Ocean Region.
Exhibition at the “North Tech Symposium 2026” #Prayagraj depicts contributions by around 280 industry partners and #StartUps from all over India, with 284 stalls showcasing cutting-edge defence technologies.
A strong assertion of India’s indigenous capabilities, sending across the world a message of not only India’s self-reliant prowess, but also the credibility of India’s defence equipment including Brahmos missiles and radar systems which have, in recent years, attracted buyers from over 100 countries including USA, France, Indonesia,Italy, Armenia, Philippines etc.
In high-pressure environments, it’s not just about what you can see it’s about what you might miss.
Humans get tired, attention slips, and that’s where mistakes happen.
With AI-powered imaging, the system continuously scans, detects, and alerts you only when it matters so you can focus on making the right decisions at the right time.

Today, India takes a defining step in its civil nuclear journey, advancing the second stage of its nuclear programme.
The indigenously designed and built Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam has attained criticality.
This advanced reactor, capable of producing more fuel than it consumes, reflects the depth of our scientific capability and the strength of our engineering enterprise. It is a decisive step towards harnessing our vast thorium reserves in the third stage of the programme.
A proud moment for India. Congratulations to our scientists and engineers.
France has made planned obsolescence a criminal offense, becoming one of the first countries in the world to treat deliberate product shortening as a serious crime.
Manufacturers caught intentionally designing electronics, appliances, or other goods to fail prematurely or become unusable—whether through hardware flaws, software updates that slow performance, or other engineered limitations—now face steep penalties: up to 2 years in prison and fines reaching €300,000, or as high as 5% of their average annual turnover in the most serious cases.
This landmark law, building on France’s earlier consumer-protection framework and reinforced by high-profile scandals (such as the 2017–2018 investigations into smartphone “battery-gate” slowdowns), explicitly targets both physical and digital tactics used to push consumers toward frequent replacements.
The legislation is more than just punishment—it’s a cornerstone of France’s broader “right to repair” agenda. By criminalizing practices that drive premature disposal, the government aims to:
- Slash the massive environmental footprint of electronic waste,
- Protect consumers from hidden “forced upgrades,”
- Encourage manufacturers to prioritize durability, repairability, and longer-lasting support.
France’s tough stance sends a clear message to global tech and appliance companies: the era of disposable-by-design products is ending. By leading the charge on sustainability and consumer rights, the country is helping shift the world toward a more circular economy—one where goods are built to last, repaired when needed, and discarded only when truly necessary.
@amazonIN Prime subscription has been downgraded since subscribing from @JioCare Jio renewal can’t be stopped as it’s a post paid plan, and Amazon can’t do anything about it. What’s wrong with you Amazon! Why such a partnership!! Both customer care agree to the blunder 🎭
@VivanVatsa So aptly captured. Many who leave India don’t go for greener pastures, but to live in a society with better morals and higher civic sense. Btw, you didn’t include anything on layers of economic classes that create a prisoner’s dilemma for the otherwise morally rich.
What you are today determines your choices tomorrow. You today are a product of your Past experiences and memories built from it. So you can’t choose different.
But then, what’s the Right choice any way?
Tonight it finally clicked for me.
Neo asks her the classic question:
“If you already know what I’m going to do… do I really have a choice?”
And she hits him with the line:
“You’ve already made the choice. You’re just here to understand why.”
For years I thought this meant “there’s no free will.” But that’s not it.
Here’s the real insight:
Free will doesn’t exist in the moment.
It exists in the identity that leads to the moment.
The actions you take right now?
They’re mostly automatic - shaped by your conditioning, experiences, fears, habits, and past.
But the person you’re becoming?
That’s where your freedom actually lives.
You don’t choose the moment.
You choose the man who will meet the moment.
Or put in another way:
Determinism writes the past.
Identity writes the future.
Because when your life isn’t where you want it to be, the answer isn’t “make better choices.” The answer is: become the version of yourself who makes better choices automatically.
That’s the real red pill.

Pretty interesting that the western civilisation was trying to understand Indian measurement of time.
Doesn’t look like 100 years ago, it’s all, but certainly Old enough

Microsoft teams has stopped working on my just 8 years old Mac. Everything else works but Teams insists that I buy a new Mac.
So essentially, while Apple is completely content with what they have, @Microsoft wants to ensure that @Apple increases its revenue 😀😀
