Why can’t Amazon simply call me and resolve this? This level of customer service is disappointing.
@AmazonHelp I’ve spent over an hour trapped in a support loop over a simple return. Your system tells me to contact Customer Service, yet there’s no obvious way to call, message or request a callback. If this is cost-cutting, it’s hurting customer trust. Please fix it.

• 5 Aug – Base delivered with damaged headboard
• Complaint lodged same day
• 15 Aug – No mattress. No replacement. No apology.

@WakefitCo Ordered a single bed set (base+mattress) 1 Aug. Base delivered 5 Aug with a damaged headboard - complaint lodged same day. Bed delivery was confirmed for 4 Aug. It’s 13 Aug - no delivery, no apology, no headboard replacement.
