The love is deep within the chaous of life. You just have to get to the other side to see it all happened how it was suppose to happen when it was supposed to

Love watching this kid play, practice, and work. Yes- I am a concussion specialist and let my kid play football.🏈 He is learning teamwork, how to handle adversity, value discipline, and more importantly how to support those around him in times of struggle and celebration. He also works off the field on neuromotor skills and strength associated with prevention. Many people ask me why I am ok with him playing…. Character, leadership and integrity in action. And of course keeping up with ever changing evidence about long term brain health! New studies show that lifestyle factors are directly associated with long term effects!! #stayactive #football #discipline #character

Recently had a talk with a player about mental health. Can’t tell you how often I see dudes broken. Today’s Bible verse is a good reminder of how many answers God has for us on how to live.

Ephesians 4:32

If you’re an adult and around youth … show some grace and be the light
